• Premises with some Open Space in environmentally congenial surroundings in residential / semi residential locations safe and easily accessible for children.
• Preferably an independent premises, with a boundary wall enclosing the outdoor play area .
• Minimum 1200 -1500 square feet of space with an outdoor play area (preferable).
• Ground-floor premises with washrooms attached or inside the building.
• Minimum 4 personnel (Principal, teacher, teacher assistant, attendant) and maximum depending on the model and number of students.
• we recommend a ratio of 1:8 for mentors and students.
• Interiors to be organized by the Franchisee as per the specifications and the requirements as per the themes of the curriculum which will be provided to the centres as a guide. We also encourage innovation by the mentors.
